One of its main objectives is to foster private sector growth in high technology areas through the licensing of intellectual property and the transferring of technology. Further, CTC of New Jersey specializes in assisting industrial clients in obtaining and commercializing federal and university developed technologies.
CTC of New Jersey uses both technology push and technology pull strategies and acts as a liaison for individual corporations lacking easy access to the U.S. research base.
Gerald Halpern is a senior executive with more than 30 years of broad experience in technology invention, application and evaluation. Dr. Halpern has managed several major innovative projects from conceptualization through profitable commercialization in the corporate business environment. His technical specialties include petrochemical materials characterization and process technology, sensors, instruments and analyzers, optics and applied spectroscopy, chemometics, decision analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and statistics. Dr. Halpern has authored 14 US Patents. |
